About eight months ago I got into Fantasy Flight Games’ Genesys roleplaying system after looking for a game that will fit with my new attitude towards game-mastering. However, one of my players was less than thrilled that we were switching to a new game system again. He almost exclusively plays magic-user characters and he was upset he needs to learn yet another magic rules system. He was very firm about it, telling me: “I’m not willing to read more than a single page of rules!”. Lazy bugger.
So just for him, I’ve been trying to cram ALL of the information relating to the wonderful magic system of Genesys on a single page. It worked great! Genesys is really great like that, with such stream-lined yet rich rules. So I made a version for all of the three Genesys core magic skills – Arcane, Divine and Primal. All three pages are included in the downloadable ZIP file above.
We’ve been playing Genesys ever since and especially the magic system is just a blast!
